Initiate Your Request

Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the unworn fashion items back into their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
